A good crowd took in the Kamsack Power House Museum Harvest Time event held recently.

“The sky was nice and sunny for our event, and this may have helped to bring people out,” said Lydia Cherkas, president.

In addition to a brunch of “loaded hot dogs, tasty chili and refreshments,” those in attendance were entertained by the music of Colleen Kazakoff and The Polka Pals.

The annual event is organized by the museum committee to “celebrate the summer ending of Museum programs.”

Museum tours were included in the event.

“We wish to acknowledge everyone who came out to support the event,” said Darlene Brown, Museum board member. “We are grateful for the amazing group of community volunteers who help with these events, because without them we just couldn’t do it.”
