April 20, 1986 – Involved in off-stage theatrics as KCI students prepared for their Drama-in-Review dress rehearsal, Lisa Pister and Donna Pfeifer demonstrated how Vogue magazine models might be photographed.

March 27, 1986 – It was Easter weekend in 1986 when four-year old, Cameron Zahayko of Kamsack got to cuddle a soft-haired angora rabbit belonging to Evan and Jane Eichler of Kamsack.

March 27, 1986 – A graduate of Canora Composite High School in 1985, Karen Kuzek began her four month training program at the Kamsack Union Hospital in 1986. Kuzek was a student of the Kelsey Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences.

Kamsack Mayor, Bernie Rink, cut the ribbon at the grand opening of The Shoe Garden in the Kamsack Shopping Plaza. Owner, Karen Guenther was wished continued success in the new enterprise.

March 27, 1986 – KCI students, Dave Achtymichuk, 17, and Ryan Phillips, 14, who were members of the school’s weight lifting club in 1986, each earned silver medals at the Saskatchewan power-lifting competition held in Yorkton.
