Wanting to get into the right mood for Halloween, last week a group of youngsters met at the home of Shelley and David Filipchuk on Nicholas Street, knowing that Shelley is “a nut for Halloween.” They convinced her to unpack some of her many plastic storage containers where she keeps her costumes, masks, inflatable creatures, toys and assorted items meant to scare the unsuspected victims at Halloween.
