Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced on June 4 that it has acquired Cottenie and Gardner Inc. (Cottenie & Gardner), said a release from Hub International. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cottenie & Gardner is a full-service, independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Kamsack, offering personal and commercial insurance solutions, including government auto and farming solutions, the release said. Co-owners Ted Gardner and Les Fedorak will be joining Hub International Manitoba Limited.
