Nearly two dozen senior curlers in Kamsack have joined to play during the 2016-17 season with Club 55.

“We curl Monday and Thursday afternoons,” said Lloyd Thomas, drawmaster for the club. “We began November 7 and we play either two-person teams for stick curling or four-person teams, depending on the number of curlers who show up.”

The group plans to hold its annual stick bonspiel in February, and then the season-end bonspiel at the end of March.

Working with Thomas on the club’s executive committee are: Gerry Isabay, president; John Adamyk, treasurer, and Arlene Smorodin, secretary.
