It was agreed to set the annual meeting of the Emergency Measures Organization (EMO) on December 6 at the fire hall. The administration was requested to send letters to EMO members encouraging them to attend.

Council accepted a written proposal from Cimco to supply and install emergency Rink Seal Pro sealant to the cold floor and add maintenance Rink Seal to the warm outdoor vertical loop at the Broda Sportsplex as a method to seal the pipes and allow the rink to be operational.

A bid from Hillarie Pacholko to purchase 200 Carment Avenue was accepted.

Council approved the use of several town employees to take part in a needle sweep of the community that was to be organized by Cote First Nation.
